Our prices start at just $39.99, but if you happen to be a celebrity, we happily accept payment in rare treats and spa days for dogs!

Hooray! Your pet is in for a delightful surprise! Each month, your mate will receive a box packed with the finest goodies—scrumptious treats, grooming essentials, and engaging toys. We take great care in sourcing products from trusted suppliers to ensure your pet gets only the best.

We love supporting local businesses! All edible goodies come from local suppliers, while toys and accessories are sourced from around the globe, ensuring your dog gets a taste of the finest.

This is the big question! Your first Treats4Mates box will be dispatched within a few business days after you sign up. Following that, we’ll send out your box on the 15th of each month. For special occasions like Barkday or Puppy Boxes, expect those to ship within two business days. Delivery times vary: expect 1-7 business days within Metro VIC, and 3-14 days for other states and territories. Remote areas might take a bit longer. If your pet is acting extra playful around the 15th, they might just be sensing the excitement of their Treats4Mates box!

Your first payment happens on the day you sign up! If you joined before the 25th, your subsequent billing will be on the 1st of each month. If you joined between the 25th and the end of the month, you’ll be billed on the 7th. All subscriptions auto-renew, except for one-off orders.

We proudly deliver to pet mates all across the world. We offer free delivery for all our subscription boxes Australia wide. And for our international pals, we offer worldwide shipping for an additional fee too!

You bet! You can customize your Treats4Mates box with options for soft toys, interactive toys, or chewable toys made with reinforced seams and durable materials. If you’re already a subscriber, just log in to your account or email us to make the switch!

Yes! Once your minimum term ends, your subscription will keep rolling until you tell us to change it.

We’re here to help tailor your subscription to fit your needs! If you still want to cancel, just contact us at least 2 business days before your next billing date. If you’re in the middle of a plan, you’ll still receive your boxes until the end of that term.

If we can’t resolve any issues, we accept returns and will refund your payment (minus postage charges). Just contact us to discuss! If your package is returned due to delivery issues, you’ll need to cover the cost for redelivery.
