7. Monthly Deliveries

As a subscriber, you will receive a package containing various items for your pet. The selection may vary with each renewal.

Subscription Commitment: By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee based on your selected plan for the minimum required duration.

8. Billing and Payments

Payment is required in full before delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

We use a third-party payment processor to handle your information. By providing your details, you authorize Treats4Mates to store and process your information with that service.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for faulty Products. Contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item. We cover postage costs for faulty items, but the original delivery fee is non-refundable. Pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Using the Site does not grant you any rights to our copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. All content is protected by law and may only be used as authorized by Treats4Mates.
